Peer through the smoke and what you’ll find is a claustrophobic space with a pot-bellied stove rumbling to the rhythms of what appears to be close on a million tipsy students swigging beer and giving each other bear hugs. The atmosphere in Kaj Pero is fine but don't go there for food - the BBQ is a gas grill, bwaghh. Just across the street there are two small cozy restaurants, visited mainly by local people, with delicious Macedonian "skara".
A very good place in the centre of Skopje. The atmosphere is very good at night. And during they day they have delicious food :D
