Kotor banks

Kotor has a clutch of ATMs in the northern corner of the Trg od Oruzja square. To change money at a bank, you'll need to show ID and you'll get a personalised receipt which still mentions that you need to keep it in order to change your dinars back -  a throwback to Yugoslav dinar days. The exchange commission can be up to 10%, and it pays to shop around for the best rate.
