The massive new Orthodox cathedral, under construction in the Novi Grad area for several years now, is almost finished. The exterior is an intriguing mix of rough stone at bottom of the building and polished stone with elaborate carvings further up. Inside, the crypt and dome paintings are quite stunning, and can be viewed.
