Marty's climbing and team leading skills have been honed over two decades and, as a result, his expeditions encompass everything from navigation to rope work and trekking to (would you believe) ice-climbing.
Walks are categorised as easy (forest parks, sites of interest), moderate (mountain tracks and trails) and serious (off-track on open mountains), with full day walks (09:15 - 18:30) costing just £10.
Rock climbing, abseiling and camping can all be factored into the trip; all you need to add is a long hot soak in a muscle-relaxing bath.
