Located on the banks of the Lower Bann, Newferry Water Sports Centre has water skiing, wake boarding, angling, cruising, and a double platform floating jetty from which to launch your vessel of choice. Fishing has existed in the region as far back as 7000 years, and today the area boasts some of the region's best pike fishing, with reports of catches up to 30lbs. Game and coarse anglers can also sink their bait into the Rivers Moyola, Clady and Lower Bann, and Loughs Beg and Neagh.
Golf enthusiasts can prime their par at Moyola Park Golf Club and Tobermore Golf Driving Range and walkers and cyclists should follow signposted trails traversing the Sperrins' Stone Age tombs, standing stones and the burial places of High Kings. And Marsh Kyle Riding School and The Fort Riding School for the Disabled cater for horse riders of all ages and disciplines.
