Transforming a field of maize into an amazing maze is trickier than losing the 'i'. In this, NI's only maize maze, over 1000 canes are plunged into the six acre field at marked satellite points. The crop is then pulled by hand to form a themed labyrinth - and this year it's the Ancient Civilisations of a Lost World complete with cryptic clues leading to hidden treasure. Number, mini colour and rope mazes keep little minds baffled. And outdoor activities from giant garden games and bouncy castles to go-karts and frizbee golf keeps the pulses racing. And a Toddlers Play Area keeps the wee ones equally entertained. A menagerie of pot-bellied pigs and pygmy goats yp the cute factor and the Amazon Adventure Trail barrel train (watch out for those sudden showers) trundles you through the maze and surrounding woodland. Two log cabins - with picnic tables overlooking the magnificent Mournes - keep tummy rumbles at bay with a selection of sweets, drinks and hot snacks.
