Having lived in Northern Ireland for close to forty years before emigrating to the USA we had a chance to read "Belfast in your pocket". It's not only a terrific little book but it took our family to places were we had many fond memories. So much so that we are determined to visit the province early next year. And you can bet that we will be catching up on the changes and the sights and the sounds of our original "home". Thank you

Knowing the Lisburn Road well, this is a must for anyone coming to Belfast. A much slower pace of life than in many areas of the city you can relax and stroll along the road. Highlights - Drumglas Park for a peaceful sit down, Barnums for an Icecream, Carter Clothing for great mens amd womens designer clothes and finish the day in the Chelsea Wine bar for a glass of wine.
