Ormeau Golf Club

Formed in 1893, this nine-hole course is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland. Its mature parkland setting can claim 2011 US Open Champion Rory McIlroy, 1947 British Open Champion Fred Daly and Sherlock Holmes' creator Sir Arthur Conan Doyle among its patrons. Visitor-friendly, centrally located and with views of Belfast's hills and the Harland & Wolff cranes, find it off the Ravenhill and Ormeau Roads.
