Visited tonight. When we arrived there was no hostess to greet us. When we were finally showed to our table it took 15 minutes before we were asked for a drinks order and s further 15 minutes beforean order was taken for our main meal. The food was bland, the service was pretty non existent and the order was incomplete when brought to the table. All in all, incredibly disappointing & we won't be back.

I called in for lunch with my wife and our two year old son on monday 31/01/11 and when we arrived there were three or four tables occupied but it took ten minutes before we were approached by a nice member of staff named andy who informed us he would be our waiter for the day. We placed our order and received our starter fairly quickly, however we did have to wait quite a while before these plates were cleared and our mains brought to the table. When they did arrive my bacon cheeseburger was missing its bacon, it took me a further five minutes before i could find a member of staff to inform of this. After we finished our food it took another fifteen minutes to find a member of staff to take our dessert order. We found the food to be delicious but the service rather lacking. Would definitely think twice before going again!

Woeful! Took my 10 yr old here for her birthday. Summary - luke warm boring food, birthday girl couldn't eat the barbeque sauce. Hostess was morose didn't once smile. Staff indifferent asked for a lemonade and a vanilla milshake, got a strawberry one. Come on its a 2 drink order! No apology when changed afetr waiting another 10 minutes. Paid for food and drinks but refused to apy for service. Mentioned this to the hostess (no more cherrful on the way out incidentally) answer - 'you need to see you server about that!' This is a great brand in the U.S. but boy Belfast you have a long way to go!

Went to TGI Fridays about a month ago and waited 15 minutes on a member of the waiting staff coming over to the table to take our drinks order. I feel the fact they charge a service charge on top of the bill is pointless as there is no such think as servicve when it comes to TGI fridays. Will not be back here, management and staff are ignorant and do not provide a pleasant dining experience. Overpriced bland rubbish

Had heard bad reports of this TGI Fridays but went to see for myself and food was super!had a great tasty meal and my partner had a great steak cooked to perfection. Had to wait quite a while but definately good value for money (£35 for a starter we shared, 2 meals a drink and a beer)

Absolutley dreadful - i ordered a veggie burger with a side of fries and i might as well have ordered a happy meal from mc donalds as thats what it looked like. Tasteless bland rubbish with not even as much as a bit of side salad! I refused to pay and will never go back

Great service and food. Went yesterday and could not fault a thing

Had a horrible meal in in TGI Fridays last night, food was bland, never had such a tough, tasteless steak in my life, fries were so-so, vegetables were dry and chewy and they kept us waiting for a table even though the place was practically empty. Stay away from this one!

Have recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch with the family in TGI'S.The service was very good and relaxed atmosphere. Food is good and milkshakes are outstanding (according to the kids).Toilets are spotless (a good sign in any restaurant)JohnBangor

Awful!!!!!! Food is tasteless and such bad value for money. Choose some where else in the victoria centre to eat (even mcdonalds is better)
