You’d be right to be suspicious of any place called Egoist, so here’s the surprise: it promises to be busy, and the live Polish rapping is much better than you’d expect. The doughnut-shaped space – the center of which looks down on an Empik store – means you can belly-up to the stage and fist pump along with the hip-hop performers or find a more remote plush seat away from the action and still enjoy plenty of atmosphere. The live music unsurprisingly draws a crowd that skews young and student-heavy.
