There is a bus from Gdańsk Główny bus station. Until the end of August it runs everyday at 19:00 and is in Vilnius at 07:00 next morning (stopping in Kaunas at 05:15). One way normal ticket costs 150zł return ticket costs 250zł. From Vilnius the bus runs at 21:00 (22:40 from Kaunas) and is in Gdańsk at 07:10 next morning.See here pks.gdansk.pl cennik.php?cen wilno
