This center is made up of a library, shop and generally some manner of exhibition. Although you could easily walk through the whole complex and never realise that Russia was joined in "fraternal brotherhood" with Poland for fifty years, known by Poles as Soviet occupation, this place is still worth a look if your passing.They also run a Russian restaurant at Długa 11 calles Kuchnia Rosyjska (see our review under, food and drink)
