Located next to the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers, Gryf offers a good choice of budget rooms for one, two or three people. Facilities include in-room satellite television, surprisingly posh bathrooms and free wireless internet.

Brattleboro 03 November 2010 This hotel provides excellent value for its budget price. On that front I highly recommend it. That said, the surrounding two or three blocks consist of these emptied out old Prussian tenement buildings. The area is abandoned and decrepit, and the sidewalk is fenced off from the street. If you are out on the street after dark (which now comes at about 4PM this time of year), the hotel's immediate surroundings feel slummy and dangerous. The sidewalk that is fenced off from the street made me extremely nervous, as I met up with a small group of loud young guys. Keep this in mind if you want to go out a lot at night.

London 27 November 2008 I have travelled in Poland many times & this is definitely the best value hotel i have come across. I walked from the train station on a gloomy night in the snow. I saw the hotel from the distance & expected your normal 1* Polish experience as the outside appearance is not good. However, i walked in to be met by a friendly & cute receptionist. My single room was enornmous & must have been renovated recently. It was better than some rooms i have stayed in at Hiltons/Marriots & all for 120 Zlots.
