You wouldn’t guess from the outside, nor from the neon strip above the entrance, but Pod Banderą is well worth the visit. Set inside the guts of a medieval tower this little gem has been reinvented as a light, modern space, its narrow interiors filled with glistening surfaces and overhanging lamps. Most diners settle for fish, and that’s certainly not a bad option, but why not instead go for their szaszłyk; cubes of meat grilled on a skewer.
