A small museum adding further colour to the events of September 1939 and housed inside the former Guardhouse from which the strategic defence of Westerplatte was conducted (albeit in a different location from where it originally stood). The two shells outside were fired from the Schleiswig-Holstein during the attack.

  a chilling place to go! You can just imagine the terror of the soldiers.I am very glad i went as people need to experience places like this
