Heineken Open'er 2010

Heineken Open'er 2010This is certainly Poland's premier summer festival attracting music lovers from all over Europe. Last year there were 70,000 fans, most staying on 16,500 camping spaces, enjoying top world stars on 7 stages. It really is up there with the best festivals the continent has to offer and a credit to its organisers and supporters. The first festival took place in 2003 in Warsaw as the Open Air Festival. Due to the high regard in which it is held tickets go quickly before the line-up has been announced with last year's acts including big names like The Prodigy, Faith No More, Pendulum, Gossip or The Kooks. Tickets for 2010 have been available from November at promotional prices, going up after January 16th. You better get your skates on as camping spaces might be sold out by April. The first programme will be out in early February, the full version in June. The big news is that Pearl Jam ahve been confirmed as the first major act. Kasabian have also said 'yes', so it is all coming together nicely. The easiest way to buy tickets: via www.eventim.pl and OUR website.
