From the outside this classy hotel looks like the sort of building found in a modern retail park. Inside the restaurant is a far more atmospheric affair, with an intimate interior that features crisp linens and dark woods. A strong menu of Polish and international dishes mean the restaurant doesn’t just rely on hotel guests, and the old-Polish style flounder with smoked salmon and potato is a good example why.
