There are few sounds as stirring as the Red Army Choir and this is where artistic director Alexander Pustovalov started his career, winning many awards and rising to colonel. After the break up of the USSR, Pustovalov decided to continue his work and formed a choir of the best voices to keep the songs. With 60 artists including symphony orchestra instruments, accordion and balalaika it will be an evening full of army marches, Russian and Ukrainian songs as well as folk ballads. Cracking stuff.
