  This concert was very disappointing. We went on Tuesday 5th June 2012. The church is beautiful but the concert started 30 minutes late. The reason one player had got stuck in traffic was only given to us after 15 minutes wait. The first violinist swamped the other players and even got his papers in a muddle in one piece so he stopped playing and caught up later. The balance was poor; you could hardly hear the harpsichord at all. They rushed all the pieces and finished the concert after 45 minutes playing. No encore! As the tickets were 60 zloty each I thought this was poor value for money. The players are all skilful and musical but only go to the concert if you are an uncritical listener.

  After arriving from Belast/Scotland, we went to listen to music from Vivaldi Four Seasons on Sunday 21st November 2011. This was my first introduction to classical music and I was blown away by the wonderful sounds coming from the violins - very moving. I can't wait to listen to more of this music. Ta to the young man on the door selling tickets - his enthusiasm helped us part with the cash.
