Just to let you know, during our stay at this place in June, we encountered serious filth (workers had been fixing sth in the room, left mud on the carpets, cigarette butts, and a seriously dirty toilet) and tiny bugs on the walls and in the sheets that almost ate us (including 2 children) alive. I believe we were given a whole 5% discount for our trouble. Dirt and insects aside, I think the words 'high standard' and 'modern' are pushing it here. The place is in dire need of an honest freshening up.
