Traditional jazz, metal plates, waiters in bow ties and a location in the basement of an office building no less make for a positively eclectic set of bedfellows indeed. The kitchen apparently knocks out a cracking szef poleca (a bulging plate of pork, chicken, veal and sirloin fillets) whilst those who'd like to make it past their 30th birthday are advised to tuck into the house bigos.
