Charged with the bad karma of being the venue to replace the sorely missed Prowincja, Sempre Caffe is a quiet, smooth jazz oasis that doesn't exactly make up for the departure of soul on Bracka street. Choose from a long coffee and ice cream list in the earth-tone interior, or the 25zł daily menu if your hunger outweighs your thirst. The food is Italian if you didn't already assume it would be, with a few Polish standards tacked on. If looking for more elegant dining surroundings, check if their upstairs sister restaurant is open.
