This is upmarket Italian food served to an increasingly discerning audience, all of whom appear to know exactly what they are ordering and how it should be cooked. Pressure is on then, but the Amarone boys come through every time. This is a superb restaurant, with a setting to match - under a giant glass covered skylight.
