Often rated as Kraków's best pizza, Fabryka has expanded to a commanding four locations throughout the city since starting as a project of students at the Economic University some years ago. The secret isn't the pleasant wooden and brick interiors or the slightly precious prices; clearly it's in the ingredients and the list of premium toppings unheard of in other pizza joints, including feta, camembert, roquefort, capers, mussels, crabmeat, beans and Tabasco (!!!) to name a few. The cherry on this sundae, however, is the arrival of extra marinara sauce with the pie - a mind-blowing event for anyone now grown accustomed to the unilateral substitution of cheap, translucent ketchup for red sauce.   Best Pizza in town! I certainly agree. Their garlic bread with cheese and pasta dishes are good too. You can also ask for a pizza box to take any leftovers home. Steve
