Just a quick email to say thanks for the superb trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Everything was very professional from booking right through to the actual excursion, we are planning to return to Cracow later this year, and I can assure you that we will be using your services for the airport transfers, and any excursions. We will be recommending Protourscracow.com to all of our friends when they visit Cracow.
From the moment you arrive in Krakow you will, no doubt, be inundated with offers of tours and excursions. You have to see salt mine, zakopane and auschwitz...but never do that with big tours companies using buses. We did once - that was enough! It is cheaper and way much cmfrtable to use private transport. We did it with manifold company.Drivers speaking English ...Superb, they really take care of you
Paul picked us up and took us back to the airport . We went to Aushwitz and the Salt Mine with him. He was a good driver, always on time, and was very knowledgable. You can make up your own tour and he will take you. Another plus was that when we booked we didn't have to give credit card details. We hope to return within the next two years and will again contact pro tours cracow.
