A grim set of concrete steps leads you to Wolności, a kitsch looking venue with a pop art theme and some neon archways. Everything here looks cheap and cheerless, from chrome and steel to the fake marble pillars, though when summer is in town sunset views from the curved terrace make it almost worth a look.
