The exterior promises little, and you’ll be splashing out on taxis if you’re planning frequent trips to the centre, but Adria is an oasis in an area that is a black hole for accommodation. The modern rooms offer superb value with solid wood beds, bright colours and brand new bathrooms. Bonus points for broadband internet access, and they’re happy to let guests use the fax and copier facilities. Dining room and kitchen facilities also available, and a great choice if you’ve got an early flight. Recommended.
