Stuck way out in the south of the city the Ambasador’s location isn’t ideal, but it does happen to be one of the best hotels in Łódź. Rooms come in all varieties from respectable singles to sumptuous suites, complete with posh sofas and a small office. Classy in a way that Łódź is still discovering in general, the place is enormous, taking the staff about a month to get to know their way around. As well as cable television, Wifi and showers in the bathrooms as standard, trimmings include one of the only hotel swimming pools in the city (both indoors and out), balconies overlooking the trees, conference facilities and some exceedingly well-mannered staff. If you don’t mind bombing backwards and forwards into town in a car then for quality you’ll find it very difficult indeed to beat this place.
