One of the most successful chain restaurants in Poland operates to a cowboy theme, and while the Wild West background steals the show it’s the menu which wins the smirks – try for instance, ‘steak a la blunt arrow in a bison’s rump’. And they don’t just win points for wacky factor, the food is pretty good and all, with a heavy emphasis on ranch food served in man-sized portions.
