It’s always a good sign when you hear about a restaurant’s molten chocolate cake before you even know where the restaurant is. Such was the case with Siesta, a Latin American restaurant that greets diners with a fruity glass of sangria and a menu filled with tapas-like treats. Diners can choose from “set” meal pairings of Latin staples like cold tomato soup and shrimp risotto, or simply order bits and pieces as you go. But don’t skip the dessert! The sponge cake bursts with a warm chocolate filling that is only improved upon via a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
