Easily our favorite new place in Łódź, Zaraz Wracam could make even the most homesick traveler feel like Mom was behind the stove thanks to an ever-changing menu of comfort foods populated by fresh vegetables. The handmade tarts and quiches are filled with leeks, chorizo and all manner of cheeses (Emmentaler to goat) but you’re well advised to save room for dessert. Carrot cake, biscotti, brownies…it’s best to just close your eyes and point, because who can choose? The interior is a homey kitsch, with mismatched furniture and an old piano occupying one corner.
