Shake the stockinged tarts out of the Moulin Rouge and then move it to Łódź – the results wouldn’t look dissimilar to Le Fabricant, a scarlet supremo with showbiz photos and padded seats. These guys are from the same stable as U Fabrykanta and the results are every bit as successful, with a posh sounding Franco/Polski menu that’s nowhere near as expensive as it should be.
