Not long back this place was Prowackcja, a dark, dim retreat illuminated with candles and completely barmy artwork. It still is, dark and dim that is, what’s changed is the name and the menu – gone are the budget-cost light bites replaced instead by classy international cuisine (pastas, duck, etc) inside an interior containing feathery flourishes and dreamlike paintings.
