Quality comes guaranteed in Hana, a supreme venue with a waterfall in the entrance, and a large open space with black and white dashes and feng shui in mind. Extroverts can show off their chopstick moves at the sushi bar, while amateurs can order a set of beginners chopsticks and learn to click them away from the frontline. The menu is presented by young good lookers, and while the portions are small the raw fish is never less than excellent. And don’t let the hot dishes take second place; our favourite is the chilli chicken, and it rarely disappoints.
