This local sushi champion has been doing the biz for years, with fresh fish lopped and chopped to the appreciative nods of the waiting clientele. The design is all very feng shui, with black/white dashes in a large open space. Sitting amid the bonsai and art find a young, posey crowd wooing with expert chopstick moves; amateurs should spare their blushes by ordering the ‘beginners sticks’. Always excellent, with the crispy duck a firm fave.
