...all let down by dreadful staff. They simply haven't any understanding of the "hospitality" concept. Everything is too much trouble for them, they're also slow, inefficient & bureaucratic.Rooms are also badly designed - bathroom door completely covers both the bathroom light switch and the wardrobe!
