Travelling to Poznan then eating in TGI sounds a bit of a cop-out, but why not – there’s a reason for global success of this brand, and that’s combo of factors that range from great burgers, famous ribs to thick slabs of steak. But Friday’s is also about atmosphere, and these guys have got casual dining down to a tee. Set to a cut and paste formula of Ameribilia this place draws a cross-section of the public, with needs and whims cared for by young, fun staff dressed like latter-day, stripy jesters.
