There’s a big problem with Buddha, and that’s the staff and the size – both collude to lead to frustrated waiting times and some corners going unnoticed. Our advice is to simply announce your presence on entry, maybe with a firework or a clash of cymbals. Doing so is a worthwhile exercise as the food really is very good – our favourite is the ‘chefs special’, a tomato heavy curry served with rice and naan. With so many dishes manipulated to suit local tastes this certainly isn’t the most authentic menu there is, but in a city short on Indian it’s really worth the visit – not least to admire grand interiors that include a red-carpeted staircase, a giant Buddha, and plenty of intricate lattice work. A little more concerning is a bullish determination to promote this as a club over a restaurant, a silly development which makes weekend dining unwise.

I am turkish who wanted to taste budda bar aura.this a trend. budda bar trend all around the world. singapore-USA-UK ect.but in poznan this budda bar not the best example.-not well educated staff -foods are pretending as a indian foods. but tastes of the foods are taste of the any polish food after opening market (21 years).- atmosphere cool.-muzik is any disco music. budda bar not the place to go with your family and to get peace.
I am a Indian Visitor to Poznan.I was in Buddha , it took around 45 minutes to get any attention of staff.Literally I have to three staff members to take my order. At last one member took me and handed to other staff member, who has catered order. Guys please don't think INDIAN Food is like the food you get in Buddha,The food in Buddha is manipulated .When Japanese sushi is served in original form , why not INDIAN. INDIA is a vast country , in fact a sub-continent.May be Buddha can pick few and maintain its authenticity. Above all Change the staff and Service levels .
as a restaurant its average (food ok, but lots of key dishes missing), as a club it's appalling. But nowhere near as bad as the staff, who to be honest are the laziest most unhelpful bunch of losers I've ever come across in the restuarant trade. very, very unimpressed.
