A super theatre based spot with chessboard colours, classy design and a circular bar for pre-dinner drinks. No point recommending specifics, the menu changes by the month, so suffice to say you can hedge your bets on edgy inventive cuisine courtesy of head chef Arek. It’s almost a shame to eat food that looks this good, but eat you will – this is a highly enjoyable experience that just can’t be recommended enough.

I just spent three days in Poznan, mostly at Kuchnia Chrisa, and had the chance to try several different starters, main courses and deserts, as well as the delicious New Years Eve 5-course menú, and each and everything I tried made me smile with joy and surprise about the composition of different tastes.. Vanilla-orange-oliveoil on salad with warm goat cheese...the homemade salmon with wasabi-mango-sorbet...the best ever steak with marinated figs..all homemade, all creative and deeply satisfying! Go there, get started, and bring enough friends so that you can have it all and try everything! - 14

From the first dinner i can declare, then I became an addicted to Kuchnia Chrisa, as well as my friends. Thanks to Arek, I don't miss so much my favorite French, Spanish or Italian restaurants. But it's true, about the esthetic's side of the dishes, same time my fiends and me we are afraid to start... and destroy the hight-state-of art.It's definitively my best new spot to bring my customers... and be proud of it.
