Top-class dining amid a dazzling choice of wines set in a bare-bricked interior within the Stary Browar complex. There have been many wine bars opened in recent years around Poland but few have managed to complement a wide choice of wine with such a classy menu. Prices, by Polish standards, are pretty high but the quality is worth the outlay and even then they would compare favourably with equivalent eateries in most European cities. Helpful staff are on hand to recommend a suitable bottle to go with dishes featuring lamb, veal, duck and turbot all prepared to original recipes and with the owners importing the wine themselves you’ll get some excellent value on the bottles on offer.
