A narrow restaurant serving fresh cuts of sushi to Poznan's growing band of Japanistas. Complimenting the fine raw fish are import beer and sake, as well as an international wine card to go with your choice. You could visit in daytime, and indeed many people do, but our suggestion is to wait till dusk when the lights dim and the atmosphere steps up a notch.
