Zindo

An expansion from their Warsaw and Wroclaw operations, Zindo’s modern beige-heavy space still appears to be struggling to attract attention from the folks in Poznan. A lunchtime sushi buffet was the busiest we saw the place, and provides more of a bang-for-your-buck experience than the pricier dinner option. The Korean menu is a standout, and adventurous eaters can indulge in octopus, fried squid or raw fish with vegetables to test their mettle. More traditional options like kimchi are reliably well done.

ZINDO SUSHI I went there twice, basically day after day :) I just love their food! Be aware - its not only sushi! What you get there is the finest selection of Japanese and Korean dishes. The best yukke (Korean tartare) I have ever had!!! Well its pricey but here you pay for have it fresh and really well prepared. The only disappointment are waitresses - they are not yet familiar with the food and seem a bit lost; a good thing - they speak Japanese and are very kind :) We have ordered some sushi set, ostrygizon (chijimi-like pancake), yukhoe (called in Japan yukke) and yaki gyoza. What we got was much more! We got starters: Kimchee and two other dishes I forgot what they were exactly but something with sprouts and aubergine. The menu needs some pictures for the ones not familiar with Korean or Japanese food.I will come back for more yummy food as soon as I get to Poznan.

Microwave signal heard from kitchen destroys everything. More than 80 dishes in menu - can it be served fresh? Been there last Monday and recommend everyone not to go there. Was very disappointed with what I got! After starter, soup and main course (paid 136 zł including soft drinks) I was still hungry!!!
