Clocks don’t budge in Cymes, a place where Poznań’s once rich Jewish heritage has been perfectly preserved in a nostalgic dining room sprinkled with empire furniture and traditional candlesticks. The menu is straight and simple Jewish cuisine, with familiar dishes like carp, czulent and chicken skewers never winning anything short of high marks. There's talk of a menu shift and name change in the future, but expect Jewish dishes to always be part of the plan.
