The Mexican

Is the Polish food in Mexico this bad? Boyish waiters dressed as cowboys greet diners at the door, then lead you to take your chances on what might stand out as the most shocking meal of your year. We’d like to see a picture of the cook added to the Wanted posters, as the man is clearly a charlatan of the most sinister design. Barely defrosted tortillas arrive hidden under sickly green gunk that wastes no time in letting the guts know they’re in serious trouble.

I've been living in Poznan for 7 years since I found this so called "Mexican" restaurant (They should rename it Pol-MEX) I have given it a chance 1 time every year since it opened its doors. It's always been what it is a crap place to eat. But the drinks are ok. If you want to have a party and bring in your own cook to cater it then its great. Don't go there hungry. There is a many such rip off restaurants in the old town.

I am Turkish who is living in Poznan. As on my name we knows best foods and best of the hot foods as well. Yesterday we were looking for sushi bar but finally we seen really well corner located the Mexican. Place colourful and only some pinata are missing some speedy Gonzales are running -funny girls- Mexican aura with sweet kids toys-gangsters-music-crowd every thing what you need. but food. I would not say the same things about the foods. the name of the food is fajitas. chicken and salsa sauce red-green pepper- a lot of onions and finally hangover after food still I have this out of date taste into the my mouth even 12 hours past and also soup with goulash soup-cow meat -and with a lot of polish taste spice after opening market of last 21 years.food was pretending as a Mexican but more was polish taste. I just simply told our waitress Monica the foods are not fresh after our waitress chef waiter game with his English painting street accent. he was rude. he came and sit under the our table and asked what is the problem.- I heard that you didn't like our food don't you see we are full of customer even though today is Tuesday. I was shocked of this rude speaking and I just told your food not fresh- after chef waiter asked what you want -I told. noting I don't expect any thing free cocktail or so.simply your food not fresh and has a smell.menu is so crowd but not every thing there only some of .lets say some thing good margarita is ok and fruit cocktail is the best. also I would not the say same words for fruit yoghurt we wanted banana-apple-cinnamon yoghurt cocktail but came without cinnamon and was really warm.

I agree with Cymro and Penderyn. I am Mexican, living in Poland and I just could not finis eating the checken tacos, they were sooo sweet, they used bell peppers on everything. I don't recommend it.

This place is poor and the equally poor Poles have no idea it's real rip off. Time for them to leave and a real Mexican to come. Mexican cuisine is among the best and it is sad to see this joke here.

Why do they get away with it? My friend and I ordered Burritos, one chili, one mild. They came and the only discernable difference was that one was tagged Chicken and the other not, a baby could have eaten the 'chili'. Mine was covered in green horror movie slime - was it some homage to Guacamole? We had sticky rice and shredded cabbage as an accompaniment. I ask, what the hell has cabbage to do with with this? My normally mild mannered friend said it was tasteless. Time to get the Poles to demand a bit of authenticity. Generally poor, but polite staff
