Set under a thatched roof Oaza isn’t the olde worlde hunters lodge you’d expect. On the contrary the design is clean and modern, with plenty of open spaces and natural light. It looks great, but how many times have we seen a restaurant put style over substance. That doesn’t happen here, and that’s all credit to a rather special chef. The menu is best described as modern Polish, and includes fresh catches from the local rivers and lakes, as well as fine interpretations of dishes like baked salmon in French mustard and honey. Reservations advisable.
