Wiejskie Jadło

What was once known as Chłopskie Jadło has changed it’s name and absolutely nothing else. Which is good news all round; complimentary bread and lard precede hefty portions of traditional farmers fare. The menu here is meat and potatoes classic Polish, with tables positively sinking under the weight of all that cabbage, meat and vodka. Decorated with jars of pickles and rusty saws this is the definitive local dining experience, and a highly recommended way to kick off your visit.

Unfortunately, its not the same as a year ago. the Sznitzel which was once a big solid chunk of meat is now a breaded lump of mince. portions are smaller and service is slower. What was once a delight is now a very average place to eat.
