Erected 1674-1728. Hidden behind the bland exterior is a riot of baroque decoration, with carved wood, stucco and paintings by local monk Adam Swach. His brother, Antoni, designed the high altar and ornamented stalls. Lavish decorations aside, visitors flock to the church to see the Marian shrine, which has housed a famous picture of the Miracle-Working Virgin Mary, also known as the Lady of Poznań, for 300 years.
