The ticket office is found within the new station complex and you can buy tickets for the local commuter train (SKM), national and international trains from different windows here (note the description above the window). International and long-distance national trains leave from platforms 2-5 and SKM local commuter trains usually leave from platform 1. If you are travelling on the local SKM remember to stamp your ticket in one of the yellow machines found as you approach the platform. You can also find ticket machines where you can buy SKM tickets in the tunnel leading to the platforms.
