With American host Tom having moved onto new projects two years on from bringing Immersion to Sopot, the reins have passed to Ela and Natalia, two friendly young women determined to build on the foundations they have inherited. Expect a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere with everything from British expats, to Spanish students to amiable locals where you can enjoy a quiet drink (and at the weekend lively and late parties) in a covert den tucked away off the main drag in a courtyard between Wedel and Vanilla Cafe. While Sopot gets more and more glitzy, this is a place that holds onto the relaxed spirit and the awful toilets it was once famous for.
