An extravagant chandelier hangs from a ceiling painted with a giant sun, while dark woods and art deco lamps fill any space not occupied by armchairs. The only bad news is the view here; to see the ocean you’ll have to peer past tables of chewing, slobbering diners, which is every bit as lovely as it sounds.
